May,15,2017:
India today urged the International Court of Justice that Pakistan may execute Indian national Kulbushan Jadhav even before the court decides the case.

India believes that the ridiculous nature of proceedings & unjust trial by Pakistani military court in shocking violation of the rights of consular access has led to serious failure of justice.
Innocent Indian national, who incarcerated in Pakistan for more than 1 year on fabricated charges, deprived of his rights & protection accorded under the Vienna Convention, has been held incommunicado & faces imminent execution.
Pakistan has repeatedly denied consular access to India & absolutely no document of Jadhav’s trial process have been given by Islamabad even after many requests .
Human rights have been thrown to the wind by Pakistan.
Jadhav had been framed on confessional statements extracted from him when he was in military custody of Pakistan.
It’s clear that Jadhav has been denied of his right to seek a legal counsel. There’s an immediate threat to him to be executed before a judicial decision even is passed.
It’s not known if Jadhav will seek mercy in Pakistan court. Pakistan’ll be guilty of war crimes if the ex-Navy officer is hanged.
Visa application filed by Jadhav’s parents is still pending.
