11 University Students who simply showed Black Flags to CM Yogi sent to Jail by Court, calls it a Serious offence

Court observed, the offences are of serious nature and applicants did not deserve bail.

Sh. Sunil Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate has rejected the bail pleas of 11 Lucknow University students.

These students were arrested only for showing black flags to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath as a protest last Wednesday.

In the orders passed on Friday, the court observed that the offences were of serious nature and hence the Student applicants did not deserve bail.

The Court ordered that the students be sent to a 14-day judicial custody for holding the protest.
