After 27 Years, Case filed against Mulayam for ‘ordering’ firing on ‘Kar Sewaks’ in Ayodhya in1990

Widow of one of those Killed has filed a Case before the Court.

A Criminal case has been filed against Mulayam Singh Yadav, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister in a local Faizabad court on Tuesday for ordering Police firing on the ‘Kar Sewaks’ who were allegedly trying to storm the disputed structure in Ayodhya on November 2, 1990.

The instant criminal case was filed by Gayatri Devi, widow of Ramesh Kumar Pandey, one of those Kar Sewaks killed in the police firing.

The complainant has alleged in the Case that she lost her husband on account of Police firing, but till now she was unaware about who ordered the firing on Kar Sewaks.

While citing the speech of Mualayam Singh at the Samajwadi Party headquarters in Lucknow on November 22, on his 79th birthday, wherein he said to have stated that the Samajwadi Party did not even get such poor seats in elections when he ordered the firing at hundreds of Kar sewaks in Ayodhya.

As per the petitioner it is now only that it was clear that it was Mulayam who had given the order to fire on innocent people and that he should be brought to book and punished as per Law.

After hearing the case, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ravindra Dubey, reserved his order on the matter.

Mulayam Singh has been accused by the petitioner of conspiracy and murder and sought his Trial.
