Bank Official secretly opened Bank on Sunday to exchange Rs. One Crore for a 30% cut, suspended

His misdeeds were caught on the Bank’s CCTV cameras.

Cashier working at the State Bank of Mysore (SBM) in the Kollegal branch of the Chamarajanagar district has been suspended on the charges of exchanging the banned notes worth Rs 1 crore for a commission.

Accused Parashivamurthy had allegedly entered the bank on Sunday between 6.30 PM and 7 PM to carry out the illegal act.

His actions were however caught on the Bank’s CCTV cameras.

Parashivamurthy had allegedly agreed to illegal exchange for a 30 percent commission.

Police have seized CCTVs footage and probe has been ordered.
