September 20,2017:

CBI officials, later realised that they had mistakenly arrived at residence of wrong person, thus exited from the premises.

The CBI arrived at the residence of Justice Dash on Wednesday, and tried to forcefully enter his residence.

When his security guards questioned CBI officials for the documentation, they manhandled the security guards and tried to break open  the gate of HC judge’s residence.

Members of Orissa HC Bar Association have resolved to cease the work in protest against the raids recently conducted by a team identifying themselves as the officers of CBI, on the sitting judge of HC, Justice CR Dash.

Chief Justice of Orissa HC, Saran summoned the top police officials to his chamber to discuss this issue.

Justice CR Dash was elevated as Additional Judge of Orissa HC in the year 2009.
