Court issues Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants against Two BJP MLAs in a Case of disruption of Train Services

Court has fixed September 30 as the next date of hearing.

A local Court has issued Non-bailable warrants against 2 BJP MLAs as they did not appear in the Court in connection with a case of disrupting train services.

According to the prosecution, Chief Judicial Magistrate Gopal Tiwari issued the non-bailable warrants against MLA Kapil Aggarwal from Muzaffarnagar constituency & Umesh Malik from Budhana seat.

He directed Police to produce them on 30th September in connection with this case.

The railway police had registered a case against several BJP activists, including these 2 MLAs on 3rd April 2012.
