THE STATE OF KARNATAKA BY ITS CHIEF SECRETARY Vs. STATE OF TAMIL NADU BY ITS CHIEF SECRETARY

States Re-organization Act, 1956 - Inter-State Water Disputes Act, 1956, Section 3 - Government of India Act, 1919. Civil Appeal No. 2453 of 2007 filed by the State of Karnataka is partly allowed and all others Appeals stand disposed of.
