HC Vigilance carried out raid in District Court, seizes Court Computers suspecting Corruption

The Judge pronounced Judgements in several important cases in an unwarranted haste.

Recently a Team led by Registrar Vigilance of High Court of Delhi carried out a raid in a Sessions Court at Patiala House Court Complex.

Upon receipt of a complaint alleging Corruption, the Vigilance team of HC sealed and seized Three Computers of a Criminal Court and took them away to the High Court.

It is revealed that a particular Judge was posted out of Patiala House Court but just before joining the new assignment the Judge pronounced Judgements in several important cases in an unwarranted haste.

The seized Computers are now being sent for Forensic analysis so as to ascertain whether the Judgements pronounced by the Judge were typed on these Computers or not.

It is reported that there were other allegations of Corruption against this particular Judge as lately he had granted Bail to a Builder arrested by the Police for Cheating the investors in Delhi- NCR.

In Delhi last year as well a Senior Judicial officer was arrested in a CBI raid for Corruption allegations. in Tis Hazari Courts.

    Corruption is everywhere and the judiciary is no exception but no one dare to expose that due to fear of contempt of court and also that they will not get relief for theirs client genuine claim or relief’
    .
    Advocats those are hit by the corruption because they are without resources and their income depend upon the these judges so the either keep their mouth shut or become part of the corrupt system
