Complainant manufacture and Sell designer costumes, under its brand label AJTM – Aj Mistry & Thea Minhas.

Clothing manufacturer has filed a complaint against the Bollywood Actor Shraddha Kapoor and one of the Producers of upcoming film ‘Haseena Parkar’ accusing them of cheating and the criminal breach of trust.

Criminal Complaint has been filed against Shraddha Kapoor for allegedly not promoting the fashion label ‘AJTM’ during promotional activities of film in violation of the agreement.

Actor was not available for a comment.

Company’s Lawyer,Rizwan Siddiquee has stated that,“M&M Designs the firm which supplied the dresses for actor in Movie titiled as “Hassena Parkar” has filed a private complaint in Mumbai Court and case will come up for the hearing on October 26,2017”.

The M&M Designs which is in the business of manufacturing, marketing and sale of the branded designer costumes, under its brand label AJTM – Aj Mistry & Thea Minhas.

According to Complainant, there was a barter agreement signed between M&M Designs and Producer Swiss Entertainment.

Complainant further added that no promotional activities were undertaken by Shraddha as promised.

Compalinant has alleged that,“The accused wilfully, miserably, intentionally and malafidely failed and thus neglected to comply with their roles, duties and the obligations under the agreement”.

Complainant have alleged that Shraddha and the Swiss Entertainment had full knowledge that if in case they fail to perform their roles, the duties and obligation under the agreement, then Complainant shall incur huge monetary losses.
