Today the Allahabad High Court has suspended the Judge from her duty.

Yet another disgraceful and shocking state of affairs as a lower-court Lady Judge was Videotaped not only misbehaving with a police personnel on duty in uniform but also openly slapped him in public.

The Uttarkhand Police has now sought permission from the Allahabad High Court to start legal proceedings against the Lady Judicial officer.

Today the Allahabad High Court has suspended the Judge from her duty.

Pradeep Rai, the Superintendent of Police (City), informed that the State police had issued a written request to the Registrar General of the Allahabad High Court for seeking permission to file a Criminal case against Principal Judge Jaya Pathak, aged 48 Years.

A video of the incident was also attached with the Letter.

Co-incidentally the Video was shot by another cop and it had gone viral on social media.

It is now being used as evidence in the matter.

Uttarakhand Police issued a statement that he Judge behaved like a commoner and unnecessarily hurled abuses on the cops, manhandled them on Duty and obstructed Government servant on work.

Any complaint against a sitting Judge can be investigated only after obtaining an affirmative nod from the registrar general of the concerned High Court.

As per settled Law, a prior written sanction is mandatory from the competent authority to lodge a complaint and launch probe against any government official.

On September 12 Lady Judge Ms. Pathak had come to the Prem Nagar police station with her son, who is a Student of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.

The duo had brought students along to the police station after they clashed initially on Monday and again on Tuesday.
