Accused was arrested from the spot and weapon of the offence seized. It is suspected that the accused posed as a litigant.
On Monday, a shootout incident took place inside the Rohini court complex in New Delhi.
Due to the firing one person was reported dead in the court premises.
According to the Sources, the firing took place due to a gang-war.
Incident happened near canteen area at around 11:20 am when the victim, Vinod alias Balle, was being taken back after he was produced by staff of Third Battalion in the Rohini Court Complex.
Vinod who was the victim of the firing was taken to Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital where he was declared brought dead.
This is second such incident near Rohini Court Complex. In April, 2017, a 38-year-old undertrial prisoner was shot dead.
